Ok im new at this, and i only been over weight for 16 yrs now. I dont know where to begin. Im not young anymore. 36 and weight 250.. I only need to lose 100 pounds to be my self again. im ready to get started but lost. i know alot of people have done it and i know i can too. I dont want to get surgery. i want to do it the right way. Because i put it on im going to take it off… does anyone have any clue where to start. Im going to get a gym pass this week. But eatin the right stuff. There’s the big one. I have low potassium so i have to eat lots of foods that have it so i have to include that in a diet plane. can anyone help with that..

My Advice is try the new weight watchers points plus program. Go to the meetings because more people lose weight through the weight watchers meetings then going through weight loss alone.
